The senate has begun probing Governor Nderitu Gachagua who was impeached by the Nyeri County assembly more than one week ago. The probe by the entire senate kicked off in the morning. The governor himself was present in the house and sought to clear his name over the allegations of funds misappropriation levelled against him.
