For a second day the National Olympics Committee had a date with the David Were chaired Labour and Social Welfare Parliamentary Committee.  The committee pointed out that this time round they never appointed or elected an overall team captain with the sports cabinet secretary Hassan Wario, his PS Richard Ekai and Stephen Soi being pointed out responsible for some key decisions that were reached.
