Archaeologists makes another dicovery at Koobi fora

Archaeologists have discovered a fresh set of footprints thought to belong to early man in Koobi Fora area, near the shores of Lake Turkana. The footprints were found in mud and had been preserved for over a million years by subsequent layers of sand, rocks and volcanic ash. Researchers affiliated to the national museums of Kenya say, the footprints belong to Homo erectus, the first ancestor of modern man to learn to walk Archaeologists
