Funyula MP Dr. Paul Otuoma has dismissed the ultimatum given for him and Budalang’i MP Ababu Namwamba to hand in their resignation letters, claiming ODM’s Dr. Agnes Zani is an outsider who cannot order them around. Otuoma, who resigned as ODM national vice chair, has warned ODM party Raila Odinga to tread carefully during his tour of western Kenya next week.
