CORD principal Raila Odinga is accusing police of inability to probe murder cases that have occurred in the recent past. Odinga says the invitation of FBI by police to probe the murder of the human rights lawyer Willy Kimani was an admission that the police do not have capacity to find answers to the mysterious murders of prominent personalities. Citing the killing of businessman Jacob Juma, Odinga said those in charge of the police should resign. He was speaking during the burial of the mother of former assistant minister Prof Ayiecho Olweny.
