A witchdoctor suspected to have raped his three year old step daughter denied bond

28th June, 2016

A witchdoctor suspected to have raped his three year old step daughter got a rude shock after a Mombasa court denied him bond. The court ruled he will be in custody until a doctor’s report showing the extent of the psychological damage on the child has been brought to the court. Mombasa Principal Magistrate Diana Mochache said she wanted the girl’s report to find out whether she will testify in the case, or whether the court will have to appoint the mother or another person to testify on her behalf. Mohammed Ahmed alias Ustadh, who is believed to be a witchdoctor for most politicians in the region has denied that on diverse dates between 2013 and July 2015 at Kisauni Mombasa County he defiled the three-year-old girl.
