International Olympic Committee president Thomas Bach said on Wednesday that federations involved in doping could be banned. Asked during a telephone conference whether Russia could be banned from the Olympics following an investigation into doping procedures in the country, Bach said that all those implicated, whether federations or individual athletes, would be sanctioned.
