Corporal Bernard Tonui killed during the Garissa attack honoured by Ombudsman

A police officer killed during the Garissa attack has been honoured by the office of the Ombudsman. Corporal Bernard Tonui was honoured posthomously ith the ombudsman’s valour award. Meru county deputy county commissioner Samuel Kimiti was also feted. The Huduma center received top honours in the institutions category
