Along the kenya coast, fishing is the primary source of earning an income. However, overfishing has nearly wiped out fish populations in waters near the shores, while local fishermen are ill equipped for deep-sea fishing. However in Msambweni area of Kwale County, some women have discovered a new way to supplement the staple source of income.
