New kengen boss Albert Mugo seeks sh.30billion to fund energy projects

Kenya electricity generating company kengen has announced plans to raise 30 billion shillings this year which in a mixture of a rights issue and external sourcing.According to new ceo Albert Mugo the funds are part of 467 billion shillings being sought on a long term basis to generate additional 2,500 megawatts in the next four years.
