'''We were given funding but it was not enough for promotions".....so says the secretary of the teachers service commission Gabriel Lengoiboni just hours to a much anticipated crisis meeting. Scheduled to take place tomorrow, the meeting will determine the fate of thousands of students in public schools who may have to bear the brunt of yet another national strike.
