Potential investors decry insecurity in Kitale

Potential investors in Trans nzoia county decry the state of insecurity in the county. They cite lack of street lights in Kitale town saying it limits their business operating hours. Most businesses in the town close by 6 pm for fear of attacks. Kitale town has recently attracted new enterprises, and its first ever mega mall center is currently under construction. The mall will host a variety of business enterprises including a five-star hotel, the first ever in the region set to open its doors in December.
