Sheikh Abubakar Bin, chairman of the Council of Imams, has called on police departments to relax the curfew restrictions that have been seen as repressive for some Muslims, especially during Ramadan fasting. The council also called on politicians to provide assistance to Muslims to help those without food during this fast.
