Machakos County governor, Alfred Mutua has urged those opposed to the BBI Bill to stop misleading Kenyans. Speaking at Mwala Sub County Mutua said the constitution is not being replaced as sections of leaders have told citizens. "The only thing that is happening is amending the 2010 constitution to improve it and no creation of new positions as the oppossers of the bill are claiming. The number of cabinet members won't change as it is being put by Tangatanga side", added the governor. He revealed that the new constitution will increase funds devolved to counties to improve welfare of citizens. He urged the remaining counties to pass the Bill so that it can be forwarded to wananchi for voting.
