Kericho Catholic Bishop calls on President Uhuru Kenyatta and DP Ruto to end public resentment

The Catholic Diocese of Kericho Bishop Rt Rev Alfred Rotich has called on President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto to have a sit down. Bishop Rotich said the public display of anger, resentment, attacks and jibe by the two leaders do not augur well with the masses and could trigger hostility among Kenyans. Speaking during the occasional to mark the first anniversary since his appointment by the Pope to head the diocese, the former head of military ordinance, argued that what is required is a second handshake this time around, between the President and his deputy.
