The government has ruled out the deployment of Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) to Kapedo to deal with insecurity. Speaking on the sideline of his Kericho government projects tour, Rift Valley Regional coordinator George Natembea argued that the National Police Service was well equipped and officers trained to deal with the criminals.
