Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris and Westlands Member of Parliament Tim Wanyonyi are calling on the Government to allocate more resources towards emergency response especially in poor urban settlements. The two leaders observed that such areas suffer immensely during disasters such as fire outbreaks and there is need for money set aside to uplift the areas.
