The court will today rule on whether Migori Governor Okoth Obado should be granted bail or not. Lady Justice Jessie Lessit of the criminal division gave the directive on Tuesday when Obado who has been charged with abetting and aiding the murder of 26?year?old Sharon Otieno, returned for a bail application. Meanwhile, Obado’s personal assistant remains in custody until October 8th. Oyamo has denied killing Sharon Otieno.
