Poor infrastructure in Arabuko Primary School in Kilifi county has been blamed for contributing to low enrolment and retention of learners. Apparently, some pupils from the well?equipped ECDE wing shun transition to the gaping mud wall classrooms on the primary side. The school community is surviving on minimal resources.
