Kesses Member of Parliament Dr Swarup Mishra is set to roll out a 65 million shilling youth training programme that will see more than 1000 youths in villages sponsored to pursue skilled and technical courses. Dr Mishra will host Deputy President William Ruto in launching the courses meant to benefit 700 youths. Under the programme beneficiaries will undergo their training at the Rift Valley Technical Training Institute in Eldoret.
