Residents of Ngamini village in Ndaragwa, in Kenya’s Nyandarua county are still in shock following the beheading of an eight year old girl last evening. It is believed that the standard three girl at Wangui primary school was first defiled before her head was chopped off in the evening hours. The girl had gone to look for their lost sheep in the evening hours when she met with the assailants. According to a resident Mr. Gicheru Thuku, she was in the company of her friend when she met with a man armed with a panga. The man reportedly told the minors that he would show them where their sheep was but later chased away the victim’s friend. The survivor came home to narrate to neighbors what had happened. The incident comes barely a week after another minor was killed by unknown people within the same village.
