Benefits of using disposable diapers

In this cold weather using cloth nappies can be a nightmare for both parent and child as the nappies hardly dry not to mention the work involved in cleaning soiled nappies and ensuring that the baby does not get a nappy rash from a wet nappy that has been left on for too long. But a lot has changed since the advent of disposable diapers as not only has work gotten easier but babies get enough sleep thanks to a dry night. Worries about pins piercing the child are minimal and although cloth nappies are still in use because of their affordability, disposable diapers have made mums a happy lot. Our senior reporter Carol Nderi was in Frankfurt, Germany at the Schwalbach research center and brings us the following story.
