More than 200 children from Noah’s Ark Education Center in Mumias West Kakamega county now face an uncertain future following an eviction order issued by the land and environment court. Through Justice Dalmus Ohungo, the court ruled that the school should vacate the piece of land they've been occupying since 2001 leaving the pupils, largely orphans with nowhere to call home. The school's administration intends to appeal the decision and is calling on the government to intervene.
