President William Ruto calls out governor Sakaja for Nairobi's dier filthy state

President William Ruto has turned up the pressure on Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja, openly criticizing the sorry state of the capital.
The Head of State lamented the filth, poor sanitation, and uncollected waste, saying Nairobi once hailed as the Green City in the Sun has become a pale shadow of its former self.
As Geff Kirui reports, President Ruto revealed that the national government has now stepped in through a strategic partnership aimed at restoring the city’s lost glory.
