Criminal gangs and bandits terrorizing Kenyans have been put on notice by interior cabinet secretary Prof. Kithure Kindiki announcing measures to end the rising cases of insecurity. Addressing his first news conference, Kindiki announced key changes in the national police service (NPS) command in Nairobi following the resurgence of criminal gangs that have taken control of the city.
