The country managed to hit a key milestone after vaccinating over 10 million by the end of 2021.

Speaking during the new years’ address, President Uhuru Kenyatta emphasized that, by end of 2022 at least 30 million Kenyans will have been vaccinated and the universal health program has taken shape.
