Road Safety: Human error to blame for 80% of accidents on roads in Kenya

Human error has contributed to 80 percent of accidents on roads in Kenya. This is according to the central Kenya National Transport and Safety Authority, Regional Manager Bora Guyo, who says the authority will now target motorbike riders in efforts to minimize accidents.
