DP Ruto campaigns in Kisii, urges Kenyans to be wary of leaders bent on inciting them

Deputy President William Ruto has hit out at some public officers accusing them of igniting emotions by inciting Kenyans against each other.

While touring Kisii county the DP appeared to indirectly refer to Fred Matiang'i, his allies unleashing their fury on the Interior CS accusing him of incitement.

Further, he accused those who were in charge of the Jubilee party of deliberately stalling it so as to divide Kenyans into ethnic lines through the formation of regional parties.
