What to expect in President Uhuru's state of the nation address

30th November, 2021

Expectations are high as President Uhuru Kenyatta today delivers his second-last State of the Nation Address as dictated by the Constitution of Kenya.

The address comes at a time when the country is grappling with the effects of the global COVID 19 pandemic, ailing economy, election campaigns hitting fever-pitched and the courts putting breaks on the push to amend the Constitution through the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI).
