Concerns over low use of condoms as AIDS Control council roots for open discussion

The AIDS Control Council now wants schools, churches, and families to prioritize open discussions on condoms as the sure way to prevent HIV infections. Chief executive officer, Dr. Ruth Laibon Masha, says, low condom use and its uptake are responsible for the high HIV infections in the country. Experts say condoms are the only perfect tools to control the spread of HIV.
