This year’s Mashujaa day celebrations took place in the home of Mount Kenya, Kirinyaga county. Traditional tunes from the Agikuyu community and neighboring counties rent the air, as the stadium hosted Malawi’s President Lazarus Chakwera who at one point was a preacher in Buruburu, and his wife Monica Chakwera.
