"Ruto did not have necessary documents to travel to Uganda," PS Kibicho says after Ruto travel saga

But in a quick rejoinder, interior PS Dr Karanja Kibicho says the deputy president did not have all the necessary documents required for travel. The PS affirms that is the only reason why anyone would be stopped from leaving the country. Kibicho who spoke exclusively to KTN News adds that any civil servant intending to travel abroad must seek clearance. He did not however explain which document the DP did not have.
