Meanwhile, the independent electoral and boundaries commission that’s the IEBC selection panel, has for the first time employed a psychometric test on the 36 candidates, who have been shortlisted to fill the four vacant commissioner positions. The selection panel is seeking to raise the bar in the quest to get the best candidates at the electoral commission. Oral interviews are set to begin in a week's time.
