Police in Kitengela have arrested a bodaboda operator in connection with the kidnapping and murder of an 8?year?old girl whose body was found dumped in a thicket. The bodaboda rider is said to have been in possession of a phone reportedly used to contact the girl’s mother demanding 300,000 shillings in ransom.
