The forthcoming Kiambaa constituency by-election is promising to be an interesting political contest. The by-election will be a litmus test not only for the Jubilee party but also the Hustler movement. Both UDA and People Empowerment Party allied to Moses Kuria have picked their respective candidates to vie for the seat threatening to split the hustler movement.
