Residents of Nakuru county will have to wait longer before they can enjoy water supply from the grand Itare dam project. This is after it emerged that the central rift water works development agency is yet to get another contractor to complete the project, 3 years after it stalled.  Ktns Ibrahim Karanja reports on why there is more than meets the eye in this multibillion project after the government retracted its earlier statements claiming that it paid 27 billion shillings for the project.
