It was the turn of employment and labour relations court judge Justice Marete Njagi to appear before the judicial service commission. The judge, dismissed as an error, a classification on his card from the national council of persons with disability indicating he has a mental disability. Failure by the judge to declare his income and claims of high handedness haunted justice marete. And as Rita Tinina reports, Justice Marete was also tasked to explain why he demanded that his wife be compensated by judiciary for being his aide.
