The Council of Governors has issued an ultimatum to the national government warning it could take drastic action over delayed disbursement of funds. Governors say the delays were negatively affecting their preparedness to combat Covid-19. This comes as the governors resolved to convene talks with the treasury, the ministry of health, and the aids control agency to discuss prevailing ARV shortages.
