The last one week has seen students from public universities protest over delays in the disbursement of higher education loans board funds. Some even warning that they will take to the streets if the funds are not disbursed. Helb in its response has said that the funds have already been allocated and that it was just a matter of time before they are deposited in their accounts. But just why the delays? And how is it affecting students? KTN news reporter Fred Kagonye spoke to two students in Nairobi's South B and reports on their plight
