As the world celebrates international women’s day, KTN’s Lofty Matambo met some women engineers and artisans at a factory in Ruiru, where they manufacture jikos meant to reduce the high risk of carbon inhalation. The women are happy to be more than 60 per cent of the total number of employees at the factory.
