ODM leader Raila Odinga today warned Nyanza leaders against anti devolution elements that are keen on seeing the quest to amend the constitution fail. Speaking to over 2,000 delegates from the Luo Nyanza region in Kisumu, Raila was keen to rally support for BBI as the debate in the counties continues.
