The National Cohesion and Integration Commission that's (NCIC) has put on notice three members of parliament and former Nairobi governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko over hate speech. the leaders including MPs Sylvanus Osoro, Johanna Ngeno and Simba Arati together with Sonko have their names in a list of shame and stand to be penalized if they are listed two more times. according to NCIC chairperson Dr Samuel Kobia, the leaders would be barred from vying for elective positions if they disregard three warnings
