County assemblies will begin considering the draft BBI constitutional amendment bill in two weeks time when they resume business after the December long holidays. the MCAs will be coming back when the political fever pitch in the country is at its highest. at least 24 of the 47 county assemblies are required to pass the bill to enable it to move to the national assembly and senate for consideration ahead of the referendum. our senior political affairs reporter Patrick Amimo looks at the political intrigues that will inform the passage or rejection of the draft BBI bill.
