ODM leader Raila Odinga has kickstarted his tour of central Kenya with a visit to Githurai and other neighbourhoods along the Thika superhighway. Odinga’s trip comes a day after the IEBC approved the building bridges signatures, signalling the introduction of the BBI bill to county assemblies.
