The emerging trend of fires, destruction of school properties and a surge in indiscipline cases among secondary school learners across the country is raising concerns. The national parents association now wants parents and guardians to revert to the old communal child monitoring and disciplining as the sure and quickest way to fix a problem that is threatening to get out of hand.
