At the same time, the Kenya union of post primary education teachers, KUPPET, and the Kenya women teachers association have distanced themselves from the troubles bedeviling their counterparts in the Kenya national union of teachers saying they are not to blame for the dwindling numbers in KNUT. The two now want KNUT and TSC to find an amicable solution that will secure the future of all teachers.
