IPOA launches investigations after three officers were caught on camera assaulting a motorist

The independent policing oversight authority, IPOA, says it has launched investigations into an incident in which three police officers allegedly assaulted a motorist in the county of Nakuru. The incident was captured on video and has since gone viral on social media. It also saw the national police service release a contrary statement, warning Kenyans against assaulting police officers.
