One body out of ten passengers missing after a boat capsized near Usenge in Siaya county has been retrieved. Ten Ugandan nationals out of twenty who were aboard the ill?fated boat died in the last night accident. It is believed that the boat was overloaded, and coupled with strong wind, the boat capsized.
