The BBI national secretariat has postponed the launch of the collection of one signatures that was scheduled for tomorrow. The secretariat co?chairpersons Junet Mohamed and Denis Waweru citing late completion and publication of the constitution amendment bill 2020, due for printing tonight. The event was to be presided over by president Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga. The signature collection process that was once conducted by coalition of reforms and democracy cord but fell short of the required threshold.
