The Kwale county government has moved to fully digitize its revenue collection in a bid to curb fraud and limit the spread of the corona virus. Through the Kwale pay app all transactions related to revenue that include licenses, trade permits and cess collection in the county has now gone fully paperless in a move that traders have also lauded.
